The server owner is very foolish and unaware of the problems he has. Furthermore, instead of resolving the server's issues, he prioritizes socializing with some users.

This server operator is extremely foolish and lacks conviction. They are swayed by users' opinions over trivial matters and have even made absurd remarks, such as insulting users' parents. I even have evidence of this.
