What is Pixelmon?
Minecraft Pixelmon servers bring the Pokémon experience directly into Minecraft through a special mod that replaces traditional mobs with hundreds of Pokémon. Players begin by choosing a starter Pokémon, then explore to catch wild Pokémon, battle, and build a team.
Pixelmon mod adds various Pokémon-themed elements such as Apricorns for crafting Poké Balls, PCs for storing Pokémon, and towns complete with Pokémon Centers and Poké Marts. This mod displays Pokémon in 3D with unique attributes like habits, attacks, defenses, and aggression levels, bringing gameplay to life.
To play Pixelmon properly, players need a modified client. Most servers use the continuously updated Pixelmon Reforged version.
